Hello again
Would it be at all possible for you to take a loot at your 560 and find the serial number written on the bottom of the unit, and let me know what that number is? I'd like to try and track it down to a specific batch of items in our warehouse, so we can double check to make sure this problem is isolated to your unit.
As far as you are concerned in your situation, there's really nothing at all that should cause this kind of behavior. If you get no sound after changing channels, but genuinely get it back simply by turning off the receiver or TV and turning it back on (the fancy industry term for this process is called "Power Cycling") then the only real possibility is a defective 560.
Thus, I'd recommend you just take advantage of your warranty. First things first, see if you can't find the original order confirmation you were sent at initial point of purchase, and forward that on over to us as a reply to this email, and I'll get you the required form to get started.
Thank you
Regards,
